How to see your ping in EA SPORTS FC 26
Go to Customise, then Settings, Game Settings, Visual, and near the bottom open Connection Monitoring. Pick Ping only, or Ping and connection indicators, to show your round trip ping in milliseconds during an online match. EA's online Connection Quality Report also shows a Connection Score built from ping, packet loss and jitter.
How to change server in EA SPORTS FC 26
EA documents no way to pick a data center for matches. The game tries to connect you to your best data center, which is often but not always the nearest, because your internet provider decides the route. For The Grounds, EA states you cannot choose a server or region.
Where the EA SPORTS FC 26 servers are
EA runs FC online modes such as Ultimate Team, Clubs and Online Seasons on EA game data centers, which act as the match host, so another player's bad connection should not slow your game. EA lists 32 data center cities across Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Africa. You do not choose one: the game tries to connect you to your best one, and your internet provider's routing can make that a farther city.

What Electronic Arts says about ping
EA says lower ping gives more responsive play, high ping delays your inputs, and very high ping can cause visible lag or a disconnect. The in-game ping, packet loss and jitter icons turn orange, then red, as the effect on play grows. EA publishes no millisecond thresholds.
Our test reads its own bands next to that: Excellent under 40 ms, Good 40 to under 80 ms, Playable 80 to under 130 ms, Poor 130 ms and above. These are our lines, not Electronic Arts'.
What our test reads for EA SPORTS FC 26
- The result reads EA SPORTS FC 26's own 16 measured areas. Pick the region you play on, or the test takes the best one by steadiness, then by time.

- The North America Central test point is in Ohio, standing in for Dallas and Des Moines.
- The South Africa test point is in Cape Town, standing in for Johannesburg.
- The Middle East (Gulf) test point is in UAE, standing in for Dammam, Dubai and Manama.
- AWS reports its UAE region as damaged, so treat Gulf figures with care.
