How to see your ping in Overwatch
Turn on the performance stats overlay: Shift+Ctrl+R on PC by default, or Options, Video, Show Network Stats on console. LAT in the top left corner is your latency to the game server. On PC, Shift+Ctrl+N opens the full network graph with latency and packet loss.
How to change server in Overwatch
You cannot. Blizzard says Overwatch has no option to change or select servers, because the game picks the server with the best latency for your group or your location.
Where the Overwatch servers are
Blizzard says Overwatch has no server picker. The game connects you to the server with the best latency for your group or your location, and Blizzard does not publish its server list or cities. In Korea, Nexon runs player support for Overwatch.
Blizzard Entertainment publishes no list of Overwatch server locations, so this page names no region and the test times all of them.
